House swap this summer! Lidingö - USA
We are a nice family of four (she: journalist and he: financial advisor) who would like to exchange our house on Lidingö (just outside Stockholm) for a house or an apartement somewhere along the american coast during this summer. New York/New Jersey, Florida or California, the exact location does not matter that much, but it would be wonderful to stay close to the ocean. We are also considering the possibility to rent a house as an alternative and would then rent out our own house. Our villa is large and family friendly (our kids are age 7 and 5) and it is locaded in the quiet Herserud area on Lidingö, close to the bridge. The area is like the countryside with trees and blue berries on the property, yet it's only a few minutes ride to Stockholm city. We are looking for a 3-8 week home swap around mid june-mid august.
